NASA's experts initiative Simulation Exploration Experience (SEE) joins students and faculty, with industry, associations and government partners in breaking down barriers to employability, building career confidence and capability in distributed simulation. The experience creates collaborative college-level modeling and simulation learning as highly-dispersed inter-university teams design, develop, test and execute a simulated Lunar and Mars missions. SEE 2018 will take place remotely and onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria, May 8-10 for dry-run, dress rehearsal, performance and review by the SEE 2018 team - representing 15 universities from 5 continents, across 11 time zones. Associations (as SISO), government centers (as NASA) and industry partners provide the SEE students free software, systems, tools and standards but also advice, guidance tutoring and mentoring within an open network and learning organization.
