The Cascade Mycological Society (CMS) is an educational non-profit [501(c) 3] located in the Eugene/Springfield Oregon area. We are an organization dedicated to the study and enjoyment of fungi and we would like you to join us. We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month (Sept-Apr) at 7pm at the Amazon Community Center. We also live stream all meetings to this YouTube channel. Some live stream presentations will remain on YouTube after the presentation while some will not based upon the permissions granted by our speaker. Some speakers may grant permission for us to retain their presentation only for viewing by CMS members on the CMS website. In addition to meetings we lead educational mushroom field trips for CMS members and some community groups. We are also integral to the Mount Pisgah Arboretum Mushroom Festival; always the last Sunday in October.
