My name is Daniel and I'm the Automatic Fanatic, this channel is about my fascination with home automation. I'm a software developer and I absolutely love to automate whatever I can around the house to make my life easier and now I want to share that passion with you. This channel will cover tips, tricks, howtos and product reviews. Everything from creating practical home automations like having your well pump turn off if there is a leak detected, to fun stuff like asking your private voice assistant to play music. We will also cover homelabs and networking as these are crucial pieces of today's smart homes. All of my videos are produced on Arch Linux using open source tools.
