I’m a wife, mom of 2 young children, and a woman who has successfully balanced the hormones related to low progesterone, stress, and mood swings by incorporating the life changing practice of cycle syncing. It helped me pinpoint areas that would have made having children much harder (short luteal phase and an underactive thyroid) and I am grateful for this journey because it brought me two beautiful children!

My passion is teaching health conscious women how to feel happier at home and at work with the science of hormones and the heart of a woman who has been there.
