Imagine your favorite artist wrote a new song... We are 19something, a band, and an original project. We choose our favorite Rock & Folk Albums (Ziggy/Bowie, Revolver/Beatles, Blue/J. Mitchell, Physical Graffiti/L. Zeppelin, and more), and added another, imaginary track to each album. i.e -- we added the 12th track to 'Ziggy Stardust', the 15th track to 'Revolver', and so forth. To be clear...not another cover (please...) - but an original new track, since the 19 Something band is all about reviving a snapshot in history, and recharging the creative DNA of our favorite artists with our own inspiration. We've added to it research of each of the artists, both for the biographical sides, the music theory, their lyrics and imagery and the production which wrapped their art in that specific year. The final ingredient we've added is tons of gratitude and love for each of our subjects.
