Our Master's programs are especially designed to meet both the needs of the Asheville community and of graduate students balancing work and school. How? Classes are held in the evenings and offer flexibility in scheduling for the working professional.
Lenior-Rhyne University's Asheville Campus was opened in 2012 to expand the University’s mission. As a commitment to the community, Lenoir-Rhyne purchased part of 36 Montford Avenue to house a state-of-the-art learning space in downtown Asheville, and hired full-time faculty and staff to direct the graduate programs, mentor students, and develop community partnerships. The Asheville campus currently enrolls over 200 graduate students in nine programs and has become well- known for its leadership in key community initiatives, like LREDI (Lenoir-Rhyne Equity & Diversity Institute).
