Alternative Station is an Italian band formed in Rimini in 2013. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Andrea Donati, bassist Jack, guitarist Luca Maiolo and drummer Leonardo Gasperoni. The band has been described as “one of the most fresh and interesting proposals in the independent and emerging scene”. In 2015, Alternative Station released their debut EP “Alternative Station”, produced by Andrea Felli (Acanto label). The song 'My Lullaby' appears in the soundtrack of the tv serie “Baciati Dal Sole”. In the following years, the band performed on several stages, festivals and radios, also opening for many Italian and international artists. In 2017, Alternative Station won the national competition “Standing Ovation” and played before Vasco Rossi’s concert at Modena Park in Modena. In 2021, they published a streaming live concert recorded in their rehearsal. In 2022, the band published their new album ‘Alablaster' produced by Acanto label.
