Welcome to our StretchLab Cherry Hills Channel! With the studio being issued a mandatory 30 day closure from March 17, we will be using this as a forum to post at-home exercises to ensure you can continue your mobility and flexility training, as well as, other fitness and wellness content with our Flexologists team & make an easy transition back into the studio when permitted. Again StretchLab community, we really appreciate your unwavering loyalty & support during these challenging times. In fact, we are overwhelmed with it. We know you are struggling in your own ways too, so please know we are here to help however we can! Hopefully this group will act as a form relief from social distancing & it'll all be over soon.
