I live in the koalas backyard, and am a passionate advocate for restoring native habitat. Private landowners have the power to completely change the landscape. Koala Gardens is a private property that is a wildlife sanctuary working hard to regenerate native habitat critical for koalas and many other vulnerable species. Koala Gardens also publish a series of children's books in the Adventures of Mist series. Living with the koalas, on their traditional land, is indeed living in paradise. I spend as much of my personal time as I can documenting the koala response to habitat regeneration. I share these here and through Instagram and Facebook @koalagardens I video koalas in the wild as much as possible, and here we are, sharing this footage together and realising what a wonderful world we could live in if we just gave trees a chance.
