The Walking Who first gained attention with releases like Candy Flu, Mansions, and Lewiside. Now based in Prague and recording at Studio Faust Records, they sit between psych rock, experimental pop, and art film. Drawing from influences such as Townes Van Zandt, The Flaming Lips, and early Pink Floyd, their sound blends lo-fi nostalgia with immersive, cinematic textures—both familiar and disorienting. Led by Rohin Brown, co-writer of Dope Lemon’s Honey Bones and a Cannes World Film Festival award-winning filmmaker, the project reflects a deeply visual approach to music. The band has shared stages with The War on Drugs, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, and The Growlers, touring Europe and playing festivals like Iceland Airwaves and Le Guess Who. Their latest single, “Long Way Back,” reimagines alternative country through Prague’s underground scene, recorded in a converted WWII base using vintage Eastern European gear.
