Apnea Life Tenerife is an official freediving school of Apnea Academy International, the school for the instruction and research of freediving from the italian recordman Umberto Pelizzari.
We promote the practise of freediving at its essence, with the purpose of creating an experience of pure wellness for our students. A pure wellness which you will not find at extrem depths, but by simply being in the water.
