Hi, I’m Tiffany Moníque - a vocalist, independent recording artist, writer and vocal director. For the last 18 years, I’ve performed with Beyoncé, including as part of The Mamas. That journey has placed me on the world’s biggest stages, from the Super Bowl and Glastonbury to world tours, the White House, and more. It also laid the foundation for so much of what I build today. Some of may also know me as Sweet Tea, a name Beyoncé gave me during the Renaissance World Tour as part of Pure Honey, the background vocal quartet featured in the tour and film. Beyond the stage, my work spans albums, tours, television, film, and global campaigns for dozens of artists and brands, including recently where I was the Vocal Director and Arranger for the GAP Holiday 2025 campaign. This channel is my home for music, moments, and life; sharing my voice, my process, and what it looks like to build a sustainable, self-directed life in music. I’m glad you’re here :).
