My family and I longed for a better quality of life, so we decided to do things differently—a lot of things.
We setup a schedule & routine, we let go of our clutter, and started eating mostly fruits, veggies, grains, and beans. We started homeschooling, and setup careers & works hours that allowed for work-life balance. I started mixing my own chemical-free home & body products, and chose to live everyday with gentleness. And we all worked on healthier relationships with ourself, with each other, and especially with God.
Cleaning is sooo much easier now! Our health & fitness has improved, we’ve started living out our dreams, our faith-walk is stronger, and my family is closer than ever. Embracing healthier habits improved our quality of life!
