Jerry is a Singer/Songwriter who has been in the music scene for 50yrs starting when he was just 14yrs old. He began writing songs in his early 20's and hasn't put the pen down since. He has written over 100 songs and doesn't plan on stopping any time soon, pouring all his emotion and knowledge onto paper to be made into music for the world to hear. He recently came across some music he did in the 70's and 80's that was recorded when he was in the Dodge Band, they performed all over the Kansas City area and the mid-west in honky-tonks and bars. Jerry Dowell has also been nominated for induction into The Kansas Music Hall Of Fame for the year 2020.
