Documentary and Art and Film training Films from creative writer and author, Tim Wickenden.
In 2020 I began making films and soon realised three things:
1. You don't need really expensive fancy cameras
2. You need good editing software and a powerful computer, so spend your cash there first.
3. Use your imagination and experiment with different ideas.
I had such fun I thought I share my experience with others so they can see the progress of an amateur and how you can soon get professional looking film. My first two posts, 'Sea Meditation' and 'Water Story' are the start. There is a lot you can critique here, but the point is we all have to start somewhere and my best advice to newcomers is get out, plan and make a film, edit it, and publish. Learn from mistakes.
