This channel features videos based on all the breastfeeding issues, questions and concerns that I have seen, as a La Leche League mother since 1999 and as a Registered Nurse, a Public Health Nurse and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2009. My goal is to help rekindle the lost knowledge of breastfeeding so we can be in a community where all mothers are educated and empowered to have a positive breastfeeding journey. I have 12 years of experience practicing clinical lactation in the outpatient community setting. I have served breastfeeding families from pregnancy and birth through the entire span of their breastfeeding relationship, doing home visits, office visits, working in multidisciplinary lactation clinics and leading breastfeeding support groups. I have extensive experience in areas involving lactation spanning nearly every topic the lactation profession serves. This channel will share this knowledge to support breastfeeding families everywhere.
