East London NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health and community health services. Our core area includes City of London, Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets, Bedfordshire and Luton. We also deliver numerous services to many other people further afield. We aspire to provide care of the highest quality, in collaboration with those who use our services. ELFT is an organisation that embraces continuous improvement and learning. Achieving this will mean we have to think differently, be innovative, and give everyone, at every level, the skills they need to lead change.
