Matt Fox Physio is based in Bowdon/Hale in Altrincham. Matt has extensive experience in elite sport, including Manchester City Academy, Bolton Wanderers Academy and First team. A collaboration has been set up with Jo Racle at Physiocore, where group and one on one movement control sessions are delivered at Bowdon Hockey Club. Videos in this channel will be available to demonstrate a variety of exercises from the classes and one on one sessions.
