Lil Message is the cult rap project of Joshua Collins — a self-taught producer and writer based in Indiana who writes, produces, mixes, and masters everything himself. Raised inside The Message, a high-control religious movement founded by William Branham, he left as a kid and has been writing his way through it ever since. The records are dense, melodic, and built to be heard whole. His seventh album Reconstruction (2026) is about the slow work of rebuilding a self after it was taken apart — re-establishing the wiring of who you are. The self they take is yours to take back. The voice that emanates is yours.
