The Kaos Signing Choir for Deaf and Hearing Children is the flagship project of The Kaos Organisation -- a youth arts charity based in Haringey North London. The 200-strong choir is open to all children between the ages of 4 and 18 years old. The choir performs original songs, which incorporate singing and British Sign Language.
The choir's biggest performance was singing and signing the British National Anthem for the Queen at the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony. They have also performed for Princess Anne, sung with the London Welsh Male Voice Choir and at the Opening Service for the London 2012 Paralympics at St. Paul's Cathedral. They have featured on BBC2's See Hear, BBC Radio 3's The Choir and The One Show.
The Kaos Organisation's activities receive no formal funding and rely completely on voluntary donations and money raised from the Choir's performances.
