It deals with the mind and is the forerunner and a sub-study of Scientology - a modern practical religion, which addresses the spirit and aims to help a person improve spiritually.
The word “Dianetics” is derived from the Greek words dia - through, and nous - mind or soul. In other words, what the mind (or soul) is doing to the body.
