Operation Unite® is all about bringing people together to solve water problems. The way we do this is through outreach programs that have been designed specifically to solve the problem. Many times the problem exists because the impacted population has not taken responsibility of the problem. Because of this, a special kind of public facilitation program is created to support the stakeholders and impacted public involved in the water dilemma. Ultimately, with successful public interactions and participation, the outreach programs will take hold. You see, the people and groups that use the water resource also are key to solving the problem.
