Working out should feel good, not like punishment. After years of battling shame-filled, body-focused fitness, I found a better way. With over 30 years in the industry, I’m a studio owner, creator of FitProEd (an education platform for fitness pros), and host of the Breaking Body Biases podcast. My mission is to challenge toxic fitness culture and champion a weight-neutral, body-positive approach to movement.
