An Alabama native, his music is heavily influenced by the sound of late 90’s Rock. His songwriting and lyricism is motivated by real life experiences, emotion, and storytelling, allowing audiences to easily connect with his music as it can resonate with many walks of life.
Wood returned to songwriting in 2016 after a brief hiatus. Now experiencing music and writing as a form of therapy and self-reflection, a love for the art he long thought gone, was rekindled. Since then, he has used that fire in his approach to his career, going on to perform live at music venues around the southeastern United States.
