My name is Caio. Growing up in Brazil, I witnessed the deforestation of the Amazon with my own eyes as a teenager. That heartbreak planted the seed in me to protect our planet - our Home. During my master's at TU Berlin, I came to understand the depth, complexity, and urgency of the climate crisis.
Solving it will require us to work TOGETHER. Working in leadership roles, I realized that systemic change is not only political. It starts within us - in our relationship with ourselves, others and Gaia.
In Greek mythology, Gaia is the embodiment of the Earth goddess, the mother of all life. And She needs us to be in service of Life and to take care of Her, as if She were our own mother - because She is.
