An unofficial chronological retrospective of Shane Fontayne's complete body of work - created over many decades. Shane performs in many genres and roles from rock to country and western, from independent musician to producer. Shane’s unique guitar sound is well-known for its jangle, passion, energy, and versatility - and he can rock out with the best as he proved during Bruce Springsteen's world tour. Amongst others, Shane has toured with Mick Taylor, Rod Stewart, Jackson Browne, Sting, Marc Cohn, Crosby, John Waite, CSN, Graham Nash, and he has a long history of recording. Shane's been a member of five bands and has produced two albums of his own music. Shane is most proud of his seven years as lead guitarist with the Kennedy Center Honors house band (Springsteen, McCartney, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Sting, Billy Joel, Neil Diamond). It was Shane playing lead on Ann and Nancy Wilson's tribute to Led Zeppelin - the now iconic Stairway to Heaven! And for that, we his fans, are most proud.
