Keeley Companies was founded in 1975 by Larry Keeley as L. Keeley Construction specializing in asphalt paving. Upon graduating in 1992, Larry’s son, Rusty, joined L. Keeley and acquired 100% ownership of the company in 1995. Rusty since has expanded Keeley Companies' services as a family-owned enterprise of companies building communities across the nation as one single source for investment, development, management, construction, and restoration. We are a proud family-owned business with a focus on people and positively impacting the communities in which we live, work, and play. Our mission statement and core values guide everything we do.
