Jay Patt, a Rap and Hip-Hop artist based in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area, originally got his start at a very young age. He recalls playing drums around the same time that he began walking, and has been creating music by making beats, and songwriting ever since. He's been rapping for the last fifteen years, beginning as a past time and recreation, unfolding to be something taken seriously, and describes his music as clean rap and hip-hop within the Christian vein, and hopes to reflect everyday life in a motivational way, elevating his listeners, and hopes to teach them about God and to portray Jesus in a positive light through his work. He hopes that people can relate to his music, as he is looking to make a positive impact and create genuine connection. He is currently working on his first solo project, entitled “Sacrifices Made,” and hopes to release it this coming winter season.
