Dane, the owner and founder of Shutter Side Films, is a content creator with 5+ years of experience in the video industry. He’s mainly worked as a Director of Photography/Creative Director in the Southern California and Central Texas regions. Dane is also an FAA Certified Drone Pilot and loves taking his skills to new heights.
After working in the greater Los Angeles area on Hollywood sound stages like Warner Brothers and Paramount Studios, Dane missed the southern hospitality of home and he decided to move back to Texas in late-2017. With his knowledge of film and television he had learned during his time in California and he wanted to bring that knowledge back to the Texas region to help bring a new perspective to the way production work is done.
His love for storytelling shines through in the work that he creates and Dane hopes to share those stories and experiences with others. Dane’s goal is to show people that the grass is always greener on the Shutter Side.
