I studied economic computer science in Regensburg / Germany where I finally ended up living since late 90s. New technologies and new software products are things driving me forward, never ending up and always on the move. Todays buzzwords are digitalization around hyper personalization and loyalty.
The three building blocks of myself:
1) Business is private and private is business.
2) You are what you do and not what you are telling to do.
3) Speed (the old 80/20 rule), Trust (people and responsibility), Focus (on the right things)
Being volunteer for more than 20 years at the german red cross is something very important for me, the 7 principles of the red cross and red crescent movement are something touching me every day: HUMANITY, IMPARTIALITY, NEUTRALITY, INDEPENDENCE, VOLUNTARY SERVICE, UNITY, UNIVERSALITY
