As unpredictable as they are ferocious, Melbourne’s Brittle Bones return to the fold with the menacing ‘Come Clean’.
Continuing the band’s repulsion of convention, Come Clean oozes juxtaposition; vocalist Mayjene Tan’s vocal talents are anthemic yet unnerving whilst guitarists Chris Wale and Aaron Griffiths bait with stadium rock guitar hooks before crunching into fierce discord and open anarchy.
After locking themselves away in Hot House Studios with engineer Jez Giddings (Clowns) Come Clean is the first taste of Brittle Bones’ return, an embodiment of the band that has been deemed worthy to share stages alongside the likes of Every Time I Die, Norma Jean, Touche Amore, Guttermouth, Luca Brasi and Belle Haven.
