Summit College was founded in 1991 in Colton, California was approved by the Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education in 1992. Two years later, the college received accreditation from ACCET (Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training). With the new accreditation, Summit began offering students the opportunity to receive federal financial aid and Title IV benefits. Today Summit continues to help our students prepare for in-demand careers through our many technical and career programs. We have three convenient campuses in Colton, Santa Ana and El Cajon. All of our campuses offer state-of-the-art facilities and classrooms so our students get the hands on training they need to succeed.
