The Dutch soprano Annemarie de Jong received her first musical education at the Regional Music School and with Jo Bollekamp in Rotterdam. In 1989 she successfully passed the entrance exam and started her education at the Rotterdam Conservatory where she was coached by Trudie Koeleman. In 1996 she graduated as a classical singing teacher and soprano soloist. She cooperates in concerts at home and abroad. Her young, high and serene voice has not disappeared over the years, but has acquired warmth and depth. Annemarie sings all music that appeals to her in one way or another. During her performance she puts everything at the service of the text and, partly due to her diverse choice of music, she has developed into a convincing crossover soprano.
