This is for the mamas who KNOW they aren't living their life to it's fullest potential. Which, spoiler alert, is ALL of us. This is not a parenting podcast. This is not a soft and mushy-gushy, fill you with bullshit until your eyes turn brown (mine are...oops!) show. I want to work WITH you ON you, so you can be the BEST version of yourself for yourself. I am not a lifestyle coach, or a fitness coach, or a certified....anything. I'm a badass mom of 3 girls who has worked through mom life on my own, without a mentor. I made a lot of mistakes. I've had a lot of successes. I, on my own, got myself to a place where I LOVE being home with my girls, and want to help get YOU there too. Why? Because no one did that for me.
