On this channel we install various Linux distributions/distros. We use various PC's, laptops, game consoles, and various single board computers. This is for first time Linux users. Checklist of what the distro should achieve: 1. Install time and complexity of install. Should be strait forward and simple. 2. Load time to login screen or desktop. Should be under 1 minute 3. User Interface. Should be simple to navigate and easy to find all the basic settings and update system. 4. Make sure drivers are installed and working. 5. Bluetooth. Check to see if bluetooth works. 6. Networking. Check network to see if it talks to other PC's 7. Open office program and write a text file. Send file over network. 8. Install a native Linux application. 9. Install a windows application. 10. Install and play a game!
