James Morgan is a singer songwriter based in the East of England who has always had a passion for writing and performing live music. With over 15 years of performing under his belt, James has released 2 albums, and played thousands of gigs all around the country, showcasing his superb story telling, entrancing guitar playing, and theatrical vocals - making him truly unique. A regular at the John Peel Centre of Creative Arts in Suffolk, he’s supported bands such as Blackbeard’s Tea Party and Oysterband. Hailing from darkest Suffolk, James Morgan crafts folk songs for the modern age, with a hefty lump of punk sensibility thrown in for good measure. Never without his trusty guitar, James has travelled the length and breadth of the country, playing venues and festivals from Scotland to Cornwall, with travel playing a major part in his songwriting process. As well as pirates, assassins, and mutineers...Because why not?
