Renato Anesi Founder and leader of the "Corda Coral" Trio, Anesi became one of the key names in Brazilian contemporary instrumental music, with accolades from the most demanding critics. His discography began in 1996 with the album "Corda Coral." In 1999 he recorded "Sin Querer" in Belgium with Spanish guitar player JosĂ© Luiz Monton. At that time, he toured Europe with "Rosa dos Tempos." He recorded "Dez Anos Depois" (Ten Years Later) in 2006. In 2001, he received the award "Rumos e TendĂȘncias Musicais" from the Itau Cultural Institute, and in 2004 the Award for Instrumental Music at the Syngenta National Festival. In 2007 he received another award at the Guarulhos Instrumental Music Festival. In 2009, the 59 Strings Project was launched. His U.S.A. debut was at the 2010 Chicago Guitar Festival.
