Tanja Zapolski is a classical pianist known for her deeply emotional captivating performances worldwide. Born in Ukraine, she made her debut as a soloist with an orchestra at the age of 8. At 12, she moved to Denmark and was admitted to the Royal Danish Academy of Music at 15. Tanja has performed with esteemed orchestras, including the Danish National Symphony Orchestra, Copenhagen Phil, Royal Danish Orchestra, and Munich Chamber Orchestra. She has collaborated with renowned conductors like Sir Simon Rattle. Her versatility and open-mindedness has seen her at lots of festivals like Roskilde Festival, recording film scores, playing theater. Tanja has shared the stage with legendary Philip Glass and released the album "Timeless" with the Aarhus Symphony Orchestra. She has been awarded many prizes, frequently appears on TV and serves as a jury member in music competitions.
