Jun Polistico’s career began in Manila in the seventies. He recorded several hit albums with Villar Records and even performed at the “Thrilla in Manila” boxing match in 1975. From 1976 to 1983 he toured with the Society of Seven as its lead singer in Hawaii, Reno, Lake Tahoe, Vancouver B.C., Chicago, and Anaheim, CA. He also performed for the Jerry Lewis Telethon in 1980 and 1981 on a Honolulu telecast.
