Bottom Up Film & Video is founded and hosted by Forrest Proctor, owner of Hubtown Productions. "I saw a lot of people perusing careers in film and video on youtube but all either had a college degree or a lot of money to start up. I wanted to create a channel to document my growth as a film maker and help others improve their business and craft.
