I’ve spent my career running operations across restaurants, automotive service, retail auto parts, and tire chains. Different industries, same reality.
Every business is a people business.
During COVID, I briefly stepped away from restaurants and spent a year driving Amazon routes, documenting what I saw when systems met real-world pressure. In March 2021, I returned to the restaurant industry, where the pace is unforgiving and leadership is visible every day.
Restaurants are my passion, but the thinking here bridges industries. We might serve food, change oil, or sell tires, but we all lead people and serve customers.
This channel is about translating ideas into action and helping leaders think more clearly about people, systems, and execution under pressure.
