Regulation Nein was started in 2009 and is considered to be experimental / industrial / electronic music. It is a project that is centered around collaboration with and the use of a wide variety of talented musicians from around the area. The main driving force of creation behind the project is mixing/recording engineer, producer/composer, and multi-instrumentalist Curt Hart.
