The Coordinates originally began as the Sam Burns Band and started incorporating members from other local acts around the Houston area such as Clay Melton Band and My Side Of The Story. The coming together of these members from different musical backgrounds became the sound that is now known as The Coordinates. Characterized by strong harmonies, the group finds themselves very influenced by The Beatles. They are now in the process of recording a full length album through June 2013 and hope to release it within the next year.
