I offer respite for exhausted caregivers, navigate end-of-life care, and provide guidance to prepare for what’s to come while offering support during the grieving process. I provide compassion, information, and a sense of calm, and often act as a project manager to help coordinate various non-medical supportive services. I am a University of Vermont Certified End-of-Life Doula and Companion Animal End-of-Life Doula. I am also certified as a Death Literacy Specialist and a Mental Health First Aid specialist.
