This channel will enhance and update the mariners skill and knowledge which is required for the present complex marine career. I have sailed for last 45 years in all ascending levels. I took command in 1994, and I remain in command till date. I have sailed on crude tankers, product tankers, bulk carriers, container vessels, passenger ships, OBO, all around the world. I was also a faculty for nearly 3 years in a Marine Institute and also sailed as a cadet training officer on container vessels. I have a passion for teaching and mentoring and presenting. I am presently coaching 2nd mates orals candidates online. This channel will offer all mariners to gain knowledge exchange views and can refer to statutory notices and documents as they will be uploaded.
