My flow art journey began on youtube, so it is only fitting that I would end up on here with a page of my own. I started watching hoop dancing videos of some of the greats (Sharna Rose, Anne Humphreys, Baxter, Brecken, Babz, Tiana Zoumer etc) as foundations for my learning. I was always comparing myself to them and their epic, magnetic flow state. Now I can look back on my 5 year hoop journey and not rely on comparison for my confidence. I can reminisce watching my videos and see the moments where I began to peel away the layers of self-doubt, breaking down old walls/obstacles and witnessing coming into my own and discovering, creating a new world (a new reality) for myself.
