Yet, moving doesn't get any easier. This is because your brain/body crave sensory stimulation. Kids are great at moving, their eyes scan the world, they hear every sound and love to touch everything.
I will teach you sensory exercises. Move your eyes, move your head but not your eyes. What did you hear and from where is the sound coming? What do you feel, both on your skin and inside your body?
When your senses are engaged with the world around you, life is exciting and the pain will be gone!
