Hi, I'm Andy. Welcome to my channel, where I am going about fixing up and renovating an abandoned house out in the countryside of the Midlands of Ireland (County Roscommon to be precise!). The house is a 1950s bungalow, sitting on approximately 1 acre of land with an electrical connection, a septic tank and a water well. Sat in amongst lots of farm land and with wildlife all around, this house has sadly been sat empty for at least 30 years. I have some experience of fixing up houses, but this is my biggest project yet. Follow me as I make mistakes, learn on the job and overall have fun fixing up this old house to make a home for me and for my kids.
