My name is Monica Rockwell and I share my story to inspire others. I was diagnosed with sickle cell beta thalassemia and congestive heart failure at the tender age of 38. This channel shows you how to live a full life while living with a chronic illness. Gain knowledge about sickle cell and congestive heart failure to become empowered. Make a conscious decision about what you put in your body because it can heal you. Fitness about keeps moving so you can maintain your energy and stay motived.
