Éolia Ensemble Éolia Ensemble is a Korean woodwind quintet formed by flutist Hyeri Yoon, oboist Yoonjung Lee, bassoonist Jung Sun Kwak, clarinetist Jaeil Chae, and hornist Hong Park Kim. Inspired by Aeolus, the Greek god of the winds, the ensemble brings fresh energy, rich sound, and vibrant harmony to chamber music. Formed through the Kumho Art Hall Chamber Music Society in 2007, the group has performed works by Brahms, Mozart, Schubert, and Mendelssohn. In 2012, they made their international debut at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center, and in 2013 released Korea’s first woodwind ensemble album featuring works by Francis Poulenc. Today, the members continue to perform as leading soloists and educators, contributing to the growth of chamber music in Korea.
